When God Says No . . . .

I was stunned. I really thought God was opening a great big door for me. Now it just slammed shut.

Sometimes we hold onto things just because it has some “meaning” that if we really think about it, is not in the object itself.

I remember one particular email when she asked the question of how sick does one have to be to get to the the top of the transplant list.

The visit was bittersweet, because nothing stays the same.

I look at photos of my youth, and I wasn’t really that big, but what is in our head and what we hear other people say, can burn itself in our brains.

I have always wondered why there are life changing decisions made in our youth when most of us are to immature to really make these decisions.
